Where can I pick up my packet? You can pick up your packet starting at 7:00 am on race day. Parking is free and close by in case you want to run back to your car to drop off or change into your t-shirt!
What time do the races start? The 2 mile, 5k, and 10k all begin at 8:30 am. The Kid’s Fun Run begins when the other races have wrapped up, around 10 am.

Each one is delish… but who makes the best French fry dish?
Two wonderful food trucks are rolling into the lot at Ronald McDonald House Charities Detroit: Regina’s Mexican Cuisine & Tonic Grille (BBQ) will join us to not only offer guests their delicious food, but partake in the ultimate French fry challenge. A team of “Jr. Chefs” will be joining the professional chefs to aid in the competition!
THE CHALLENGE: Using McDonald’s French Fry’s, each team will have to add their own culinary spin to make a specialty dish that will be served to, and voted on by all guests. Whichever teams French fry dish gets the most votes wins the 2023 Chef Challenge – and bragging rights for years to come!

Every year, Village Green Apartment communities all across the country join together to celebrate Spring and the opening of pool season with a fundraising event called Splash Day! It’s a fun party for residents, associates and our preferred vendors and suppliers.
Splash Day began in 1991 when a Property Manager accepted a dare to jump into the community’s unheated pool if pledges were made and funds donated to a worthy cause. The tradition has evolved to include caring people at over 150 properties vying to raise the most money, have the most fun and win the coveted Splash Day Cup!

It’s time to put your running shoes on! One of our biggest events, Escape to Belle Isle, is on Saturday, July 14! This is a family-friendly event with a variety of races. We are also excited to announce that GOah NOAH! is now part of Escape to Belle Isle.
Take a trip to Greece without having to travel that far! For this event, we will be transforming our garden to a Greece oasis. Please join us for a lovely evening on Thursday, June 14.

West Bloomfield, MI…. It’s official! A collection of eight elegant fur coats, capes and stoles worn during the 1980s hit TV series “Dynasty” has arrived from Hollywood, returning home to Bricker Tunis Furs. The furs were purchased from the furrier for use on the show and were worn by actresses Joan Collins, Linda Evans and Diahann Carol.
Bricker Tunis Furs, which is celebrating 100 years in business, is holding a special auction of these fabulous furs on Jan. 18, 2015, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., at 6335 Orchard Lake Road, West Bloomfield. The community is invited to this luxury auction, with champagne, wine and light appetizers, and music by Mike and Mike.
Ten percent of all sales that evening – the auction furs and other merchandise – will benefit the Ronald McDonald House of Detroit.
The furs and other starting bids can be viewed at the Bricker Tunis Furs store, 6335 Orchard Lake Road, at the Orchard Mall in West Bloomfield, or online at www.brickertunisfur.com. Bids are accepted now through the day of the auction.
