Hutzel Women's Hospital Family Room

Ronald McDonald House Family Room is an extension of the RMHC mission that supports the families of children facing major medical needs.

Located within Hutzel Women’s Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, our newest Family Room will provide parents with a comforting and supportive space or rest, rejuvenation, and emotional relief while staying close to their newborns.

This Family Room will have amenities designed to meet the needs of NICU families, including:

• Comfortable seating areas
• Kitchenette with snacks and beverages
• Lactation Room
• Private spaces for rest and reflection
• Bathroom & Shower Facilities
• Resources and referrals to RMHC Detroit

AVAILABLE NAMING OPPORTUNITIES

• Small Resting Lounge: $15,000
• Small Lactate Room in NICU: $20,000
• Consultation Room in NICU: $25,000
• 1 Year of Snacks/Refreshments: $25,000
• Technology: $50,000
• Staffing for a Year: $100,000
• Recognition: If donating toward a specific room or area, donors will be
  recognized with display in designated area. ALL donors who support the project
  with a donation of $500 or greater will also be displayed on main donor wall
  inside the family room. Size of placard will be determined by the size of donation.
